I attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, from 2014 to 2018. In May of 2018 I received my Bachelor's of Fine Art. Below are specific projects. Please click on an image to view information about the project along with more images.
While there I took 2D and 3D Design, 3 different drawing courses including figure drawing, 2 printmaking courses, 3 graphic design courses, 4 painting courses, and 1 course in photography, ceramics, sculpture, and metal smithing. I also took 4 art history courses, along with many courses outside of the arts which were required by the university.
I took part in 2 collaborative research projects. One was Portable Printingmaking that we took to Cuba. The other was developing an online drawing course that utilised the iPad rather than traditional drawing tools.
I also worked part time at the university in order to afford my art supplies. One job was in the art department, where I designed and created the student handbook. Later I worked in the Undergraduate Research Office, creating flyers for their events.
I have highlighted specific projects that I worked on. If you are interested in any of my other work, please let me know.
